Ppgi Corrugated Roof Sheet|Hot Dipped Galvanized Roofing Sheet
Continuous hot-dip galvanized corrugated steel sheet is abbreviated as galvanized sheet or white iron sheet. It is a cold-rolled continuous hot-dip galvanized sheet and steel strip with a thickness of 0.25~2.5mm. The steel strip is first passed through a flame-heated preheating furnace to burn off residual oil on the surface. At the same time, an iron oxide film is formed on the surface, and then it is heated to 710~920℃ in the reduction annealing furnace containing H2 and N2 mixed gas to reduce the iron oxide film to sponge iron. The surface activated and purified strip is cooled to slightly higher than the melting point. After the zinc temperature, enter the zinc pot at 450~460℃, and use the air knife to control the surface thickness of the zinc layer. Finally, passivation treatment with chromate solution to improve white rust resistance.
