Z60 Metal Roof Sheets Prepainted Galvanized Corrugated Roofing Sheet

There are two main connection methods for corrugated steel plates, namely longitudinal connection and horizontal connection.

Longitudinal connection: The longitudinal lap of the corrugated steel plate should be located at the purlin or wall beam, and both plates should extend to the supporting member. The lap length should be 350mm for high-wave roof panels; 250mm for low-wave roof panels with a roof slope ≤10; 200mm for low-wave roof panels with a roof slope>10; and 120mm for wall panels. When the roof is lapped, a full-length sealing tape is required between the board seams.

Horizontal connection: Generally, it can be divided into three ways: lap, undercut, and snap. When the building has special functions and requirements, the ordinary connection method can also be improved, and the connection method for different special requirements can be researched and developed for actual engineering. Secondly, the transverse overlap direction of the profiled steel plate should be the same as the prevailing wind direction, and the overlap should not be less than one wave. The lap joint is provided with a long sealing tape.
