Corrosion resistance principle of aluminum-zinc-magnesium plating
The aluminum-zinc-magnesium steel plate adopts activation technology. The zinc in the alloy coating provides sacrificial protection, and aluminum provides passivation protection. The addition of magnesium activates the alloy coating, synergistically with zinc and aluminum, and reduces the consumption speed of the coating. An insulating protective layer is formed; barrier protection is provided inside the coating, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance of the plated steel products.
